Description/Agenda: Daggett County, UT-The Daggett County Nominating Commission has selected three nominees for a judicial vacancy that will serve Daggett County, Utah. The position will replace Judge Charlene Hartmann who will retire in December. Following are the nominees followed by place of employment and residence: - Jeri Allphin, J.D., attorney at law, resident of Manila, - Russell Campbell, Operator for Solvay Chemicals Inc., resident of Manila, and - Judge Ray Richards, Vernal City Justice Court Judge, resident of Vernal. A comment period will be held through October 18, 2021. A final candidate will then be selected by the Daggett County Commission within 60 days. The selection must then be certified by the Utah Judicial Council. To submit written comments about the candidates, please contact Amy Hernandez at amymh@utcourts.gov.
