- In-Person and Electronic Meeting Go to www.paysonutah.org for login information Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of September 22, 2021 5. Public Forum 6. Discussion Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Bird Lane Subdivision - Request for approval by Request by Brett Christensen for a three-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcels 08:047:0029 and 08:047:0025 located at 451 East 300 North in the R-1-7.5 Residential Zone. 6.2 Public Hearing - Request for recommendation of approval of amendments to the Future Trails Map of the General Plan. 7. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 8.
