FIRE STATION 43 OVERHEAD DOORS

Separate sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on October 11, 2021. All proposals must be submitted to the City Recorder Craig Burton at cburton@sslc.com (801) 483-6027. Proposers is responsible for verifying receipt of proposal. Documents may be hand delivered or emailed. Contract Documents and plans are available from Utah Supplier Portal at https://purchasing.utah.gov/for-vendors/ or by request from the City Recorder.
This project includes all labor, material, equipment, tools, and meetings necessary for removal, relocation and installation of new, replacement overhead garage doors. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Fire Station 43 on Tuesday October 5, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
A Bid Bond of 5% is required to accompany each bid. The construction contract requires insurance, performance and payment bonds, and E-Verify compliance, as outlined in the draft contract.
The City reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the owner and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work.
