- PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA Anchor Location: Southern Utah University Hunter Conference Center, Grand Hall 301-557 W University Boulevard, Cedar City, UT 84720 September 18, 2021, 11:00 a.m. Public may participate virtually if unable to attend in-person via Zoom. Virtual participants will be allowed to talk when given permission by the moderator and will not be allowed to share their screen or use their camera. If you wish to leave a comment, please raise your virtual hand and the moderator will be notified of your desire to comment. Meeting will also be streamed via YouTube. Generally, the Chair will allow an individual five minutes to address the Commission. A spokesperson recognized as representing a group in attendance, may be allowed up to 10 minutes. Citizens may also submit electronic comments at uirccomments@utah.gov to be read at the Commission meeting. Your statement will become part of the public record. State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda If your electronic comments are intended for a specific item on the agenda, indicate which items you wish to address.
