(As Needed) LAND USE APPLICATION(S) PAM2021-000364: Shivam Shah (Brixton Kearns, LLC) is requesting approval to Amend the Kinikini Subdivision Plat to combine lots 5, 6, and 7. Acreage: 3.47 acres. Location: 5198 West Liberator Drive. Zone: M-2 (Manufacturing). Planner: Molly Gaughran (Motion/Voting) CUP2021-000394 - Bach Homes is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a revised site plan expanding the existing Carrington Square fitness center and pool area. Acreage: 15.02 acres. Location: 6015 South Thorncrest Way. Zone: R-M/zc. Planner: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) PUBLIC HEARING(S) OAM2021-000271 - A proposal to amend Chapter 19.15 of the Kearns Municipal Code which allows for and regulates Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to conform to requirements regarding Internal Accessory Dwelling Units mandated by state legislation. Planner: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission will act on the proposed Land Use Ordinance changes after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
