Description/Agenda

The Utah Department of Environmental Quality has completed a draft of the 2023 fiscal year Fee Schedule for the Department and a new fee for fiscal year 2022. The public comment for the Draft Fee Schedules will commence on September 1, 2021 and end on September 30, 2021 at 5 p.m. Notification will be published in the Salt Lake Tribune and the Deseret Morning News. A public hearing to receive oral comments will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the Department of Environmental Quality Board Room, 195 North 1950 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
