- In-Person and Electronic Meeting Go to www.paysonutah.org for login information Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of June 9, 2021 5. Public Forum 6. Discussion Items 6.1 Public Hearing - Request by Chipper Whatcott for a three-lot subdivision on Utah County Parcel 08:047:0030 located at 479 East 300 North. 6.2 Public Hearing - Request for recommendation of approval of amendments to the Transportation Master Plan. 6.3 Public Hearing - Request for recommendation of approval of amendments to Title 19 (including Appendix A), Title 20, and the Development Guidelines of Payson City Code. 7. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 8.
