- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING WITH A PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Section 17B-1-643, Utah Code Annotated (2018), the Board of Soldier Summit Special Service District will hold a special meeting to impose or increase a fee for a service provided, considering the implementation of tiered water use charges to promote conservation, and will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 6:00 PM at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah The public may participate electronically by either joining via Zoom at the following link: https://zoom.us/j/97975457799 or calling (669)900-6833, Webinar ID: 979 7545 7799. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board. Please state your name at the beginning of the comment. Please keep language respectful.
