- Five County Association of Governments will hold a 30-day comment period and public hearing to discuss the update of their CDBG Policies and Procedures and their CDBG Rating and Ranking Criteria for CDBG program year 2022. Comments will be solicited on both the Policies and Procedures as well the Rating and Ranking Criteria from July 1 to July 31, 2021. Comments may be made by contacting Alyssa Gamble, Community Planner at 435-673-3548 extension 117 or agamble@fivecounty.utah.gov. The public hearing for the Five County CDBG Policies and Procedures Rating and Ranking update will be held on Tuesday, July 27 at 6:00 PM. Participants may join in person at the Five County Association of Governments, Large Conference Room at 1070 W. 1600 S., Bldg. B, St. George, UT 84770. Virtual participation is available using the following link: https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/634133717 The Policies and Procedures and Rating and Ranking Criteria draft is attached. Interested persons may also view the draft at the FCAOG office located at 1070 W. 1600 S., Bldg. B, St. George, UT 84770, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
