- Thursday, May 20, 2021 The Moab Landfill and Community Recycle Center on Sand Flats Road are CLOSED until further notice due to hazardous winds conditions. High winds create limited visibility, exacerbate windblown litter, and create physical hazards to District staff and customers. Safety is our number one priority.
