In accordance with Utah State Code Section 52-4-207 (4)(a), I, Keith Preece, Pleasant View City
Planning Commission Chair, hereby make the following declaration:
That a state of National and State Emergency has been declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; and,
That Governor Cox has extended the Emergency Declaration for Weber County,
issued on July 24th and extending to May 27th; and,
That State Code has been amended to allow for the conduct of electronic meetings in an emergency without an anchor location; and,
That the Planning Commission Chair shall read or cause to be read at each electronic meeting the reasons and facts behind the declaration; and,
Therefore, Pleasant View City Planning Commission shall hold electronic meetings as provided for in State Code.
