NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the City of West Jordan Fairway Estates Special Service Recreation District on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers, 8000 S. Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed adoption of the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and scheduling a hearing to receive public comment before the final budget is adopted.
A copy of the Tentative Budget will be available for public inspection for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing and can be viewed online at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/city-budget.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of West Jordan will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
One or more board members may participate electronically in this meeting by way of telephone, FaceTime, Skype or other comparable online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (§52-4-207) and West Jordan City Ordinance 1-13-1-E. Members participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other board members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
