1. 6:40 P.M. CALL CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Pro- Temp Gordon Stewart called the city council meeting to order.

4. BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING #3/BUDGET WORK MEETING LORI PALAFOX
City Treasurer Lori Palafox went over the budget with the council
5. APPROVE OR AMEND REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF MARCH 04, 2021. DECISION.
Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to approve regular city council meeting minutes of March 4th, 2021. All in favor, motion passed.
6. DEPARTMENT UPDATES: KENNETH QUIRK
A) POLICE DEPARTMENT

C) HARD NUMBERS ON DISPATCH SERVICES
Public Safety Director Ken Quirk updated the council on current department stats.
7. 6:45 P.M. SELECTION AND AWARDING OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BIDS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. DISCUSSION/DECISION.
Bids were opened at 6:45pm
$725 for 2010 Ford Vic
$4,000 Enclosed Trailer
Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to accept the bids as received. All in favor, motion passed.
8. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE LIMIT OF TWO MINUTES.
A) JOHN LOVEDAY FEES FOR SEWER AND TRASH.
None
9 APPROVE/DISAPPPROVE OR AMEND CITY OF WENDOVER 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION AGREEMENT. DECISION.
Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to approve City of Wendover 2021 Municipal Election Agreement all in favor, roll call. Councilmember Manny Carrillo aye, Councilmember Dennis Sweat Aye, Councilmember- Mayor Pro-temp Gordon Stewart. Motion passed.
10. APPROVE OR DISAPPROVE PARTICIPATION IN THE TOOELE COUNTY RECREATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT AND PROVIDE AN EXECUTED RESOLUTION STATING THE SAME. DECISION.
Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat to disapprove participation in the Tooele County Recreation Special Service District. Motion seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo. All in favor, motion passed.
11 RATIFY MOTION MADE ON MARCH 04, 2021 BY COUNCELMEMBER DENNIS SWEAT, SECONDED BY COUNCELMEMBER ANA ABOITE TO APPROVE TWO HOME BASED BUISINESSES.IRMA ANDERSEN ONLINE RETAIL AND MARTIN TRUJILLO MOBILE AUTO DETAILING. DECISION.
Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to approve ratified motion made on March 4th, 2021 by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Ana Aboite to approve two home based businesses Irma Andersen and Martin Trujillo mobile auto detailing. All in favor, motion passed.
12. UPDATE WITH RESPECT TO THE 'CONLEY' PROPERTY.
The council spoke regarding the possible property trade value for value with the owners of the properties on Moriah.
13. MIKE CRAWFORD MAYOR UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO.

14. CITY ADMINISTRATOR GLENN WADSWORTH UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. .
City Administrator Glen Wadsworth informed the council that the City had been awarded the CDBG grant for a million dollars to continue to replace the City's pipeline and would have to continue to use the same contractor for the work the city previously completed.
Wadsworth also asked the council if they would like to get the City's new shop building erected as it needs to be completed. After discussion, a motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat, seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to proceed with the erection of the shop building for $68,860 plus an additional $10,000 if needed. All in favor, motion passed.
15. CITY ATTORNEY SPENCER CALL UPDATES AND PENDING MATTERS. DISCUSSION/DECISION
A) DISPOSITION OF JUNK CARS

B) UPDATE ON BONNEVILLE TRAILER COURT
City Attorney Spencer Call updated the council on the trailer park.
C) DOG KENNEL LICENSE WITHIN CITY LIMITS
Spencer informed the council that the corrections were made. Motion made by Councilmember Dennis Sweat seconded by Councilmember Manny Carrillo to go ahead with a setting a public hearing for public hearing the amendments. All in favor, motion passed.

17. NEW BUSINESS:
City Clerk Devan Clawson asked the council if they had a individual they would like to recommend to participate in the Wendover Prevention Coalition. Public Safety Director Ken Quirk volunteered. Council approved.
