COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Wendover, Utah will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2021. The project is to replace 1,120 linear feet of 14'water line located approximately 12 miles north of the City of Wendover, Utah. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:20 P.M. on May 06, 2021 and will be held at the Tooele County, City of Wendover Complex Building 920 East Wendover Blvd. Further information can be obtained by contacting Glenn Wadsworth at 435-665-7771. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Devan Clawson, Clerk/recorder at Tooele County, City of Wendover Complex, 920 East Wendover Blvd. at least three days prior to the hearing.
