- PUBLIC NOTICE of PASSAGE Oakley City Council passed the following ordinance at its regular meeting held Wednesday, April 14, 2021: Ordinance 2021-04 Ordinance 2021-04 amends the Oakley City Zoning Map changing the zoning of parcel OTBV-285, located in the area east of New Lane from A-40 to A-5. This ordinance is available for public viewing at the Oakley City offices Monday thru Thursday during the hours of operation 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding legal holidays).
