The Oakley City Council
will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday, May 12, 2020 at 7:00 pm.
The public hearing will be held via the Zoom platform to accommodate for Covid-19 public health precautions.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed Oakley City General Plan and accompanying maps, and Land Use and Management Code with accompanying zoning maps which can all be found at www.oakleycity.com.
To make comment at the Public Hearing on the proposed application, please contact Oakley City offices and register for the hearing. Only parties that have registered with the City Recorder may make comment during the public hearing portion of the meeting. In addition, comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting by emailing amy@oakleycity.com or submitted in person to the office prior to 4:30 p.m. on the day of the public hearing.
In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
