PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Section 10-9a-208 of Utah Code Annotated (UCA), Payson City hereby provides notice of a public hearing regarding the following requests: (1) amendment of Plat A of the Jay Thomas Subdivision, including public utility easements; (2) vacation of Lot 3 of Plat A of the Red Point Subdivision, including public utility easements; and (3) approval of Plat B of the Red Point Subdivision to establish amended lot configurations and new perimeter public utility easements. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 during the regular meeting of the Payson City Council. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted via Zoom conference and in person at Payson City Center.
