Notice is hereby given that the Mona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.in the Mona City Council Chambers located at 20 West Center Street, Mona City. The purpose of this hearing is to consider an update revision to Title 10 Land Use Regulations. This includes the creation of a new Transitional Holding zone, updates to definitions, a plain language update, conditional use permit standards added, and meeting requirements of the state.
