Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Boulder Town Council will be held
Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be a hybrid of electronic and in person
attendance. Mayor Cox, some of the Town Council and limited personnel will be conducting at
the Community Center. There are 7 spots for folks to join in person, with an additional 4 spots
for household members to sit next to one another. These in person spots are first come, first
serve and face masks are required for in person attendance. Instructions for electronic
participation in the meeting can be found at pmn.utah.gov, on the Town bulletin boards, or at the
bottom of this Notice. The agenda shall be as follows:

Review of 3rd quarter budget (July - March)
