Acreage: 8.30 acres. Location: 8291-8315 West 3595 South. Zone: C-2 & R-M (Commercial and Residential). Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) SUB2020-000048 (31200)- Kennecott Utah Copper and Steve Layton are requesting Final Approval of the proposed 4-lot 201 Logistics Center Preliminary Subdivision Plat. Acreage: 78.49 acres. Location: 8230 West 4100 South. Planner: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) REZ2021-000262- The Unified Fire Department (Rep. Steve Simmons) is requesting a Rezone from R-2-6.5 (Residential) to C-2 (Commercial) Zone. Acreage: Approx. 0.57 acres. Location: 8609 West Magna Main Street. Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) REZ2021-000263- Gough Homes (Tim Gough) is requesting a Rezone from A-1/zc (Agricultural w/ zoning conditions) to R-1-6 (Single-Family Residential) Zone. Acreage: Approx.2.74 acres. Location: 7630 West 2820 South. Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) OAM2021-000270 - The Magna Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to the Magna Council regarding amendments to Chapter 15.14 of the Magna Municipal Code governing special development standards in the Magna Overpressure Area. The amendments intend to clarify the boundaries of the area, outline conditions required for building and developing within the Overpressure Area and moves this section of code to Chapter 16.02. Planner: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission will act on the proposed public hearing items after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
