In-Person and Electronic Meeting Go to www.paysonutah.org for login information Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of March 10, 2021 5. Public Forum 6. Discussion Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Blaine Spencer to amend the Payson City Zoning Map for Utah County Parcels 30:022:0080, 30:019:0024, 30:019:0023, 30:019:0022, 49:876:0008, and 30:022:0063 located at approximately 1300 W Utah Avenue. The properties are currently zoned R-1-A, Residential-Agriculture and it is proposed the zoning be changed to BPD, Business Park Development. 6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request by Woodbury Corporation to subdivide Utah County Parcel 49:915:0003 into two separate parcels and receive approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat concurrently. The parcel in question is located at 836 W 800 S 6.3 DISCUSSION ITEM - BYU Student Project on Main Street. 7. Commission and Staff Reports and Training 8.
