(As Needed) LAND USE APPLICATION(S) 31239- (PUD2020-000063)- Holmes Homes (Trish Smith) is requesting Final Approval of a Conditional Use/PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow for 74 townhomes on the subject property, and to amend the plat for Arbor Park Commercial Subdivision, Lot 1. Acreage: 6.61 acres. Location: 8285 West 3500 South. Zone: C-2 (Commercial) & R-M (High Density Residential). Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) CUP2020-000093- Gerald Burt is requesting preliminary approval of a Conditional Use allowing for a 16-unit dwelling group on the subject property. Acreage: 1.12 acres. Location: 7237 West 3500 South. Zone: C-2 (Commercial). Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) 30804- (CUP2020-000038)- Truong Properties is requesting approval of a Shared Parking Schedule and a Modification in the Size of the Retail and Restaurant Uses on the Conditional Use Project for a mixed use of apartments and retail. Acreage: 8.30 acres. Location: 8291-8315 West 3595 South. Zone: C-2 & R-M (Commercial and Residential). Planner: Diana Martinez (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application. If public input is requested, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. PUBLIC HEARING(S) REZ2021-000256 - Ivory Homes is requesting a Rezone from the A-20 (Agricultural Zone) to the P-C (Planned Community) Zone. Acreage: 78.49 acres. Location: 8230 West 4100 South. Planner: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission will act on the proposed public hearing items after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
