Due to COVID-19 restrictions, for those members of the public attending in person, social distancing will take place, and masks will be required. Oath administered by 'Andrea Fiske 8 Election of Executive Committee Members: Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer 9 Presentation of Service Award to Stauffer's Towing and Compass Minerals 10 Review and Approval of the Following Action Items: o Resolution 01-2021, a Resolution Approving the Annexation of Uintah City into the Weber Fire District, Taking all Necessary and Appropriate Action to Annex Uintah City and all Real Property within its Corporate Limits into the Weber Fire District. o Resolution 02-2021, a Resolution Approving the Renewal of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Paramedic Services Between Weber County and the Weber Fire District. o Resolution 03-2021, a Resolution Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Urban Search and Rescue Teams Between Weber County and the Weber Fire District. 11 Review and Approval of Amended Rules and Regulations: o 101.00 Employee Conditions of Employment o 300.00 Compensation and Overtime o 603.00 Fraud Hotline and Form 603A 12 Administration Report 13 Board Presentations 14 Adjournment
