NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday January 5, 2021 7:00 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes December 1 2020 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:05 p.m.- Public Hearing - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Small Cities Program for Program Year 2021 First Public Hearing - Update of the Water Ordinance #2021-01-01 1. Ordinance 2021-01-01- Trenton Water Ordinance 2. Resolution 2020-01-02 A Resolution to Place Restrictions on the Issuance of New Water Connections 3. Discussion and vote regarding Subdivision Application Process and Ombudsman Advisory Opinion- Parker Haviland 4. Assignment of Council Duties- Mayor Lynn Payne 5. Town Council meeting schedule 2021 6. Review of Trenton Town Fees 7. Resolution 2021-01-01- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR TRENTON TOWN 8. Bid Opening for 1991 GMC truck 9. Discussion regarding roadside barrow along 400 East- Councilmember Donny Merrill 10. Planning & Zoning update 11. Parks Cemetery update 12. Water update 13. Roads update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
