Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects: - Request to amend Chapter 5 of the East Side Comprehensive Plan (ESCP), an appendix to the Payson City General Plan. The applicant, Kyle Spencer is requesting to remove the annexation size requirements for properties south of Salem Canal Road. - Request to amend the Transportation Master Plan, an appendix to the Payson City General Plan. The meeting will be held electronically via Zoom conferencing. To ensure your participation in the public hearings, please join the Zoom meeting via link on the city website at www.paysonutah.org.
