(As Needed) LAND USE APPLICATION(S) CUP2020-000096 - St. Francis Xavier School is requesting an Extension for the Temporary Change to the original Conditional Use allowing for pick up and drop off along 4520 West, during the COVID-19 restriction period. Acreage: 4.73 acres. Location: 4501 West 5215 South. Zone: P.I. (Public Facility Zone). Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application. If public input is requested, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. PUBLIC HEARINGS Proposed ordinance to add a new chapter 19.96, and amend or repeal chapters 19.04.190; 19.04.215; 19.14.055; 19.32.055; 19.40.055; 10.40.100; 19.44.110; 19.48.100; 19.60; 19.62.130; 19.64.130; 19.70; 19.72; 19.78.030 of the Kearns Metro Township Council revising the density limits for planned unit developments and dwelling groups within the Kearns Metro Township Code to conform to the Kearns Metro Township General Plan. The Planning Commission will act on the proposed ordinance after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
