MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting through Zoom which residents can view on Youtube, on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Read the Electronic Meeting Determination for conducting a meeting w/o an anchor location D. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest E. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the November 5th and 12th Planning Commission Meeting LEGISLATIVE Public Hearings 1. Discussion/Recommend a Decision to City Council: Rezone request from C-2 (Commercial) to RE-15 (residential) on parcel 19-207-0001 located on southeast corner of 1325 W and Hwy 890 ADMINISTRATIVE 2. Discussion/Recommend a Decision to City Council: Budge Farms Phase 1 Preliminary Subdivision, 30 Lots on parcels 19-014-0066, 19-014-0061, and 19-014-0010 located at 1500 W between Pleasant View Dr and Highway 89. 3. Staff Communications/Training **ADJOURN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING** Dated this November 24, 2020 /s/ Jill Hunt/Planner In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings December 3, 2020 In accordance with Utah State Code Section 52-4-207 (4)(a), I, Keith Preece, Pleasant View City Planning Commission Chair, hereby make the following declaration: That a state of National and State Emergency has been declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; and, That Governor Herbert has extended the Emergency Declaration for Weber County, issued on July 24th and extending to December 3, 2020; and, That State Code has been amended to allow for the conduct of electronic meetings in an emergency without an anchor location; and, That the Planning Commission Chair shall read or cause to be read at each electronic meeting the reasons and facts behind the declaration; and, Therefore, Pleasant View City Planning Commission shall hold electronic meetings as provided for in State Code.
