NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE 2021 MAGNA CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE
Prior to the adoption of the 2021 Magna Consolidated Fee Schedule, the following public hearing will be held commencing after the public hearing regarding the 2021 Magna Budget on Tuesday December 8, 2020 electronically pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207(4) and Mayor's Letter of Determination Dated November 20, 2020. The proposed amendment document will be available for public review.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BY THE MAGNA METRO TOWNSHIP COUNCIL FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD REGARDING THE 2021 MAGNA CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE.
