4. Mike Peterson - discussion of possible easement across East side of Farm along Highway 189 for Sewer Force Main. (10 minutes)

6. Planned Equipment Maintenance Agreement with Cummins discussion and possible approval of a service contract to perform service and maintenance for facility generators. (10 minutes)
7. Statepoint Engineering Update - Paul Krauth will present an update of our facilities life expectancy and replacement schedule. (15 minutes)
8. Future Plan - Aqua Engineering. Brad Rasmussen will present our Draft Future Plan for review and possible approval. (45-60 minutes).
9. Tentative 2021 Budget - discuss and possibly approve 2021 Tentative Budget in preparation for 2021 Budget Public Hearing (30-45 minutes)
