Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will take place and masks will be required. No action can or will be taken on any issues presented. ***THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES MAY TAKE ACTION AS DEEMED NECESSARY ON ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS*** 5 Approval of October 13, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes 6 Consideration for adoption: o Resolution 08-2020 - Authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $5,000,000 Tax Anticipation Notes, Series 2021; and related matters 7 Review and approval of Amended Rules and Regulations: o 300.00 Compensation and Overtime 8 Public Hearing: o Resident(s) wishing to comment on the following items will be allotted three (3) minutes to address the Board of Trustees.
