Description/Agenda

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2020 at 6:00 PM to receive public comment on amendments to the 2020-2021 Approved Budget. Among the proposed amendments is an increase in the monthly charge for sewer services. The proposed increase is $10.00 per residential equivalent for all customers connected to the Oakley City sewer utility. The proposed increase is necessary to maintain the sewer treatment standards and requirements set by the EPA and State Division of Water Quality. The proposed budgets for the fiscal year 2020-2021 will be available for viewing at the Oakley City offices for seven (7) days prior to said hearing.
