4. Jordanelle Treatment Plant - discuss direction staff should take regarding the startup of the Jordanelle Wastewater Treatment Plant. (30-45 minutes)
5. Staff Report - (5 mins)
A. Progress on transition to Quickbooks. - Tina Rodriguez
B. Farm Update - Bryan Provost
6. Heber Light & Power Easement - discuss and possibly approve of Request for Heber Light & Power and Rocky Mountain Power Easement for proposed power line. This easement has been reviewed by legal council and is ready for board review and possible approval. Also, to authorize District Manager, Dennis M Gunn to sign on behalf of HVSSD. (10 minutes)
7. Tentative 2021 Budget - discuss 2021 Tentative Budget in preparation for Nov. public hearing (30-45 minutes)
8. Revised Engagement Letter - discuss and possibly approve engagement letter from Gilbert & Stewart to serve as part of our management team on a quarterly or as needed basis to review district financial operations. Authorize Dennis Gunn to sign agreement on behalf of the HVSSD Board.
9. Manager's Report-Dennis Gunn - (5 mins)
