- Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-202 (1), the Board of Education of the Wasatch County School District hereby gives public notice that a regularly scheduled meeting will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020. A Study Session will begin at 5:00 p.m., the Board Meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Wasatch Education Center, 101 E 200 N, Heber, UT. The Study Session and Board of Education meeting will also be broadcast live on YouTube at wasatch-youtube.com, a link can be found at www.wasatch.edu and will be posted afterwards on the Wasatch County School District Website. PUBLIC COMMENT PROCEDURE (if not in person) - Submit a public comment by calling 435-654-7752 or email stacey.moore@wasatch.edu prior to noon on Thursday, October 22, 2020. An executive session may follow the board meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, physical or mental health of an individual; and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, collective bargaining and or matters of litigation. Section 52-4-204 of the Open Meetings Act identifies the topics that may be discussed in a closed meeting.
