Our Board of Trustees has requested we send out bid proposals for our annual District financial audit for the year ending December 31, 2020 and the succeeding four years.
In compliance with the District's requirements, please find enclosed a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO PROVIDE AUDIT SERVICE FOR SOUTH SALT LAKE VALLEY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT.
Given the current pandemic, the Audit Committee has requested that proposals be submitted electronically via PDF file by 3:00PM on Friday, October 30, 2020 to Kassie Draper, Board Clerk at kdraper@sslvmad.org. The Audit Committee will then review and select a bid for approval by the Board of Trustees. Selection of the contractor will be made by November 12.
