Discussion II. Adjourn Rates charged by DAS Internal Service Fund agencies were heard at the DAS Rate Committee meeting on September 9, 2020. Those rates will not be discussed at this hearing. A written determination has been made pursuant to Utah Code §§ 52-4-207(4) and (5) that conducting the meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location.
