- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Contractor North Ogden City is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to perform Contractor services to assist the City in the construction of a retaining wall along Pleasant View Drive to commence in 2020. A complete copy of the request for proposal and improvement plans may be obtained at the City Offices at 505 E. 2600 N. North Ogden, Utah, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Recorder at 505 E. 2600 N., North Ogden, Utah no later than 4 pm, September 22, 2020. S.
