- A Public Hearing will be held September 9, 2020 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Town Planning & Zoning Meeting At 6:30 PM in the Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: A. ORDINANCE #2020-25 AMENDING CHAPTER TWO OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). B. ORDINANCE #2020-26 AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). C. ORDINANCE #2020-27 AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). D. ORDINANCE #2020-28 AMENDING CHAPTER THIRTY-FOUR OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). E. ORDINANCE #2020-29 AMENDING CHAPTER TWO OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). F. ORDINANCE #2020-30 AMENDING CHAPTER FORTY OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). G. ORDINANCE #2020-31 AMENDING CHAPTER FORTY-FOUR OF THE VIRGIN UNIFORM LAND USE ORDINANCES ('VULU'). H. ORDINANCE #2020-32 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 2 (GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU. I. ORDINANCE # 2020-33 AMMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 40 (COMMERCIAL ZONE) IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN CONTINUITY BETWEEN OTHER SECTIONS OF VULU.
