MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled Via Zoom and Youtube, on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Read the Electronic Meeting Determination for conducting a meeting w/o an anchor location D. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest E. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the August 6th Planning Commission Meeting ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Discussion/Decision: Minor Subdivision, Hadley Haven located at 3058 N 1000 W, parcel 17-336-0001. Applicant: Doug Hadley 2. Discussion/Decision: 4 lot Preliminary Subdivision, The Orchard No. 3 located at 3225 N 1000 W, parcel 17-062-0075. Applicant: Craig North LEGISLATIVE 3. (801) 782-6736 September 3, 2020 In accordance with Utah State Code Section 52-4-207 (4)(a), I, Keith Preece, Pleasant View City Planning Commission Chair, hereby make the following declaration: That a state of National and State Emergency has been declared in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; and, That Governor Herbert has extended the Emergency Declaration for Weber County, issued on July 24th and extending to September 3, 2020; and, That State Code has been amended to allow for the conduct of electronic meetings in an emergency without an anchor location; and, That the Planning Commission Chair shall read or cause to be read at each electronic meeting the reasons and facts behind the declaration; and, Therefore, Pleasant View City Planning Commission shall hold electronic meetings as provided for in State Code.
