3:30 p.m. Opening
1. Mayor Silvestrini, as Chair of the Budget/Finance Committee will call the meeting to order.
2. Mayor Silvestrini will inform the committee of a contract with Blinktag, a Mountain Transit System budget line item: a sole source contract approved by Chair Chris Robinson following review by Shane Topham, attorney.
3:35 p.m. July 2020 Financials and Staff Report Update
Both these documents were previously emailed to committee members: what is here is an update to member contributions received plus the opportunity for any questions and Public Trust Investment Fund rate changes (for information).
3:45 p.m. Draft of CWC Annual Report Portion Covering Budget/Finance/Operations
Rough draft of the comments being prepared for the annual report for committee review along with flowcharts of operational updates: payables flow, deposits flow, access to Public Trust Investment Fund.
The Central Wasatch Commission operations manual has been developed.
September 14, 2020 CWC Board Meeting will include the audit presentation, annual report from CWC, annual report: Stakeholders Council, (kvm check other items)
