Description/Agenda: @ 6:10 P.M. - IMPACT FEE RATE INCREASE The purpose of the hearing is to amend the Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). The MGSID Board of Trustees will consider public comments and then vote on the District's proposed amendment to the fee Ordinance. The proposed amendment will change the Impact Fee rate from $5,676.96 per new home to $5,685.20. The proposed impact fee amendment is applicable only to new sewer connections within the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District.
