CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a bar establishment in the arts district [historic district] overlay zone located at 61 West St. George Blvd. The applicant is Kelli Payne, Hive Taphouse Inc. Case No. 2020-CUP-007 (Staff - Genna Goodwin) 3. PRELIMINARY PLATS A. Consider a preliminary plat for a fifty lot (50) lot residential subdivision for The Vistas at the Ledges. The site is located at approximately 1500 West Ledges Parkway. The property is on 6.96 acres and is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential). The representative is Logan Blake, Development Solutions. Case No. 2020-PP-025 (Staff - Wes Jenkins) B. Consider a preliminary plat for a twenty-one (21) lot residential subdivision for Stone Cliff Phase 17. The site is located along Granite Drive in the Stone Cliff Development. The property is on 14.81 acres and is zoned PD-R (Planned Development Residential). The representative is Chanse Snow, Civil Science. Case No. 2020-PP-024 (Staff - Wes Jenkins) C. Consider a preliminary plat for a one (1) lot commercial subdivision for White Hills Commercial Subdivision Phase 1. The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 3050 East and 750 North. The property is on 1.394 acres and is zoned C-3 (General Commercial).
