*NOTE: This meeting has been CANCELED The Town of Hideout gives notice that a public hearing before the Planning Commission has been scheduled for August 17, 2020 at 6:00 PM to discuss: (a) a potential Annexation and Master Development Agreement for Richardson Flats; and (b) the potential zoning of an area under consideration for annexation, as identified in a July 9, 2020 resolution adopted by the Town, as Mountain Residential with a portion of the proposed annexation area as Commercial. The Town further gives notice that a public hearing before the Town Council has been scheduled for August 18, 2020 to discuss these topics. Both public hearings will be held at the Hideout Town Hall (10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036).
