- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION August 19, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING AUGUST 19, 2020, CONVENING AT 6:30 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2020.XX Commercial Design Standards - an ordinance creating additional design standards applicable to only commercial developments within the corporate limits of Toquerville City. A copy of the ordinance draft is available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; and (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted August 5, 2020, by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
