(Motion/Voting) Presenter: Kayla Mauldin 4) Other Business Items (as needed) LAND USE APPLICATION(S) 24679- St. Francis Xavier School is requesting a Temporary Change to the Conditional Use conditions allowing for pick up and drop off along 4520 West, during the COVID-19 restriction period. Acreage: 4.73 acres. Location: 4501 West 5215 South. Zone: P.I. (Public Facility Zone) Planner: Diana Martinez. (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application. If public input is requested, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. PUBLIC HEARINGS 31222 - Proposed ordinance to enact Chapter 19.15 of the Kearns Metro Township Code regarding accessory dwelling units, particularly (i) authorizing accessory dwelling units in single-family detached units and (ii) regulating accessory dwelling units. Presenter: Travis Hair (Motion/Voting) Proposed ordinance to update and revise provisions of the Kearns Metro Township Code regarding (i) conditional uses, (ii) the Kearns Metro Township Planning Commission, and (iii) related provisions. The proposed ordinance also contains conforming and unifying modifications. Presenter: Jay Springer (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission will act on the proposed ordinance amendment after taking comments from the public during the public hearing. Public comments will be provided pursuant to the planning commission's rules of conduct, which are attached to the back of this agenda. Public comments will be limited to two minutes per person.
