Consideration for and adoption of a Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance of Parity Sewer Revenue Bonds of Spanish Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District and calling of a public hearing on August 20, 2020 to receive input with respect to the issuance of such bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project.
