- MOUNTAIN GREEN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING AND IMPACT FEE NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District will hold a public hearing on: August 5th, 2020 at 6:10 P.M. The hearing will be held digitally Meeting to be held in Open Public Electronically: In accordance with Executive Order 2020-5 Suspending the Enforcement of Provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 due to Infectious Disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus issued by Governor Herbert on March 18, 2020. The public may monitor or listen to open portions of the meeting electronically by following the instructions below. No physical meeting location will be available. The MGSID Board will then vote on the District's proposed amend fee Ordinance. Ordinance amending of the IFA would be changing the Impact Fee rate from $5,676.96 per new home to $5,684.00. The proposed impact fee amendment is applicable only to new sewer connections within the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District.
