Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR CULINARY WATER LIBERTY PIPELINE COMPANY, WEBER COUNTY, UTAH The Liberty Pipeline Company, a Utah non-profit benefit corporation, located in Weber County, intends to contract to prepare an impact fee facilities plans and to contract to prepare an impact fee analysis for culinary water. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of the Liberty Pipeline Company's intent to contract to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plans and contract to prepare impact fee analysis. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire company service area. You are hereby invited to provide information for the Liberty Pipeline Company to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis.
