MOUNTAIN GREEN SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING AND IMPACT FEE NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District will hold a public hearing on: July 1, 2020 at 6:10 P.M. The hearing will be held digitally Meeting to be held in Open Public Electronically: In accordance with Executive Order 2020-5 Suspending the Enforcement of Provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 due to Infectious Disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus issued by Governor Herbert on March 18, 2020. The public may monitor or listen to open portions of the meeting electronically by following the instructions below. No physical meeting location will be available. The MGSID Board will then vote on the District's proposed new impact fee Ordinance. Ordinance for adoption of the CFP/IFA would be changing the Impact Fee rate from $5,271 per new home to $5,676.96 The proposed impact fee is applicable only to new sewer connections within the Mountain Green Sewer Improvement District. While all interested persons are invited, this impact fee pertains only to new connections. A future user rate analysis is also estimated. This provides designs for the facility to comply with new state discharge requirements. Copies of the proposed Capital Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis are available for review by the public at www.MGSID.com.
