- Hyde Park City Council Field Trip June 10, 2020 5:30 p.m. A Field Trip to visit the Trigger / Nixon property to look at proposed trails Hyde Park City Council Meeting June 10, 2020 7:00 p.m. Agenda Welcome Prayer or Thought Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes from May 27th 7:10: Citizen Input 7:15: Discuss the water bond and the pros and cons for continuing with the project. 7:30: Public Hearing to discuss making application to the Community Impact Board for a project to prepare an impact fees facilities plan and wastewater plan update 7:45: Consider Resolution 2020-09: A resolution adopting the 2021 Hyde Park City Budget 8:00: Discuss the GIS System and have a demonstration on how to use it.
