o Resolution 03-2020 Amending the Bylaw and Establishing and Forming an Audit Committee, for the Purpose of Providing Independent Advice, Assistance, and Recommendations in the Oversight of the Internal and External Audit Functions of the District, and Establishing Rules and Regulations Regarding Membership, Function, and Responsibilities of that Audit Committee, and Setting an Effective Date.
o Resolution 04-2020 Approving Member Contributions to the Utah Retirement Systems Contributory Retirement Plan F/Y 2020-2021.
o Resolution 05-2020 Approving District Pick-up of the Tier II Employees Contributory Portion to the Utah Public Safety Retirement System F/Y 2020-2021.
